Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026 · Version 2

Welcome to Aviora. These terms are a legal agreement between you and The Visionary Platform Ltd (company registered in England & Wales, company number 17198186) ("Aviora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Aviora is an AI-powered travel companion that generates itineraries, day plans, recommendations and travel information, and offers live, on-the-ground features. It is a planning and guidance tool — not a travel agent, tour operator, booking provider, navigation/emergency service, or official source of legal, visa, health or safety information.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 13).

3. AI-generated content & your travel decisions

Aviora uses AI and third-party data to generate personalised suggestions — itineraries, day plans, recommendations and travel information. These are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and Aviora does not guarantee that any suggestion is accurate, available, suitable or safe for you.

Travel decisions. While Aviora uses AI and trusted data providers to generate personalised travel recommendations, all travel decisions remain your responsibility. You should independently verify critical information — including entry and visa requirements, transport schedules, accommodation details, opening hours, prices, weather, health requirements and safety information — with official and primary sources before you book or travel.

Aviora is not a substitute for professional legal, immigration, medical, financial or safety advice.

5. Important travel disclaimers

6. Bookings, third parties & providers

Aviora links to third-party travel services (flights, accommodation and experiences) and may earn a commission when you book through those links, at no extra cost to you — see our Affiliate Disclosure. Any booking is a contract between you and that provider, subject to their terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for third-party services, availability, prices or fulfilment. If Aviora offers a marketplace or featured providers in future, those providers operate independently and we do not guarantee their quality.

7. Content you create

If you create content in Aviora — such as notes, lists, saved places, photos or reviews — you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for content you create and must have the right to share it; don't submit anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.

8. Acceptable use

9. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription ("Aviora Plus"). Pricing and renewal terms are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

10. Intellectual property

Aviora and its branding, design, software, and the AI, planning and personalisation systems behind it are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own travel planning. You may not copy, adapt, resell or build a competing service from our content or systems.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including floods, storms and natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism or civil unrest, strikes, airline or transport failures, volcanic activity, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party providers.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Visionary Platform Ltd and its officers and staff from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, your infringement of any law or third-party right, or content you submit. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach or negligence, and nothing in this clause limits your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Your statutory rights & limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law that these terms do not affect.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for: any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings; business interruption; or any loss arising from travel disruption — including missed flights, transport or connections, lost or cancelled bookings or reservations, additional travel or accommodation costs, or decisions you make based on information in the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50 — except where the law does not permit such a limit. Always exercise your own judgement when travelling.

15. Changes & termination

We may update the service or these terms over time. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably suspect spam, fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal or infringing content, attempts to reverse-engineer the service, or API or system abuse. You can stop using Aviora and delete your account at any time.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your home nation.
